Privacy Policy

ComeUp (“we”, comeupapp.net) is currently a preview of a marketplace for emerging clothing brands. Brands and products are samples, and no payments are taken. This policy explains what we collect while you use the preview, and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, from the sign-up form or from Google if you choose “Continue with Google”. If you sign up with email, your password is stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it.
- Profile details you add: display name, handle and bio.
- Activity in the app: items in your cart, items you save, brands you follow, and orders you place.
- Shipping details you type at checkout: name and address. In the preview these are only used to show the order; nothing is shipped.
- Brand applications: if you apply to list a brand, the details and photos you submit.
- Basic technical data: a cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your currency. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
What we don't collect
We don't collect payment card details. The preview has no card fields, and no payments are processed.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your cart, saved items, follows and orders.
- To review brand applications.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”; we receive your name, email and profile picture.
Keeping and deleting your data
Preview data may be deleted when the preview ends. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing nico@comeupapp.net.
