These terms cover your use of the ComeUp preview at comeupapp.net. By using it, you agree to them.

This is a preview

• ComeUp is a demonstration of a marketplace for emerging clothing brands.
• Brands, products, prices and stock are samples.
• No real purchases are made. Orders placed in the preview are not charged, fulfilled or shipped.
• Features may change, and preview data (accounts, orders, applications) may be reset or deleted.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and use the preview only for lawful purposes. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service, or access other people's accounts.

Brand applications

If you submit a brand application, you confirm that the information and photos are yours to share. Submitting an application doesn't guarantee a listing; ComeUp may decline applications at its discretion.

No warranty

The preview is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ComeUp isn't liable for any loss arising from using the preview.
